Possitive Protest by walking with Love

Dear Reader,

Each morning I wake up with a restless heart. I see pride, arrogance, and lack of humility in those who lead, and my thoughts rush toward protest. I want to raise my voice, to cry out against injustice, to demand something better. But then I ask myself: What kind of protest truly makes a difference?

It is easy to rage, to condemn, to join the chorus of bitterness. Yet I have learned that real protest is not just against something—it must also be for something. The protest that endures is fueled not by hatred of the powerful, but by love for the humble, the overlooked, and the brokenhearted.

To protest positively is to embody the humility that is missing. It means listening when others argue, serving when others demand, and standing firm without losing compassion. This is not weakness—it is strength under control.

I remember Paul’s words: “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good” (Romans 12:21). Goodness itself becomes an act of defiance. Every choice for kindness, every act of service, every prayer for wisdom is a protest against the arrogance of our times.

Positive protest builds. It builds bridges, builds trust, and builds hope. When I write these words, when I show up for a recovery meeting, when I choose to forgive instead of harden, I am quietly but powerfully saying: Humility matters. Truth matters. Love matters.

So yes, I am an activist. But I protest not with anger alone—I protest with light. And I invite you, dear reader, to join me. Let us be living protests of humility, carriers of peace, and builders of a future where compassion is stronger than pride.
